Dr. Monika Szczerbak MBA CPA - President of the Board, Internal Auditor
An expert and financial market practitioner, with a strong academic background in the field of accounting and economy and auditing. Monika Szczerbak has over three decades of experience in the field of finance and accounting, bridging market practice with an academic career. Her career also entailed editing and managing roles in renowned Polish publishing houses. She is also a professor and scholar, having lectured and read finance and economics at such universities as the Warsaw School of Economics, Military University of Technology and the Helena Chodkowska University of Technology and Economics. Dr. Monika Szczerbak is a frequent speaker and featured expert at renowned industry conferences, as well as being the author of many academic publications.
Oleg Szczerbak MBA CPA - Vice-President of the Board, Managing Partner
Manager and financial management expert boasting over 25 years of professional experience. Oleg Szczerbak advises clients regarding business strategy, optimization of processes in the area of finance and accounting as well as HR administration. His knowledge and experience also help foreign Clients to navigate the meanders of the Polish market and achieve the most ambitious goals. Before heading his own business Oleg Szczerbak lead financial departments in renowned global brands, such as Fujifilm, Sodexo, Procter & Gamble, Brown-Forman.
Oleg Szczerbak is a professional, who invests much of his time and efforts to develop the Company’s business and to strengthen relationships with Clients.
